Founded by Lane Parsons II, AISE Solutions is a Service Disabled Veteran Owned Small
Business (SDVOSB) proudly serving our customers and honoring our nations military
veterans. In the last year and half, AISE has grown to 18 employees and earned 3.6
million in revenue for2006.

AISE delivers specialized services in software engineering, information security,
and linguistics analysis. Our experienced and highly qualified staff is dedicated
to deliver world-class mission critical information systems in support of National
Security interests.

Mr. Parsons began his career in electronics and computers in 1965 while studying
engineering at the Capitol Radio Engineering Institute (CREI) and later while serving
in the Air Force during the Vietnam War. After his honorable discharge from the
Air Force, Mr. Parsons accepted a systems engineering position with the Sperry UNIVAC
Corporation and remained in that position until he began a career appointment with
the federal government. In 1994 Mr. Parsons retired from federal service and the
Department of Veteran Affairs where he last served as Director of Technology Management.
After federal service, Mr. Parsons worked as a consultant on a number of Army contracts
involved in database integration and information assurance. He later served as Vice
President for Information Assurance at VGS, Inc. In addition to his current role
as Senior Member and CEO of AISE Solutions, Mr. Parsons has served as Project Manager
and Chief Architect on important Department of State projects since 2000. Mr. Parsons
is a certified Project Management Professional (PMP) and holds a Master of Science
degree in Engineering.

Mr. Bailey began his career in 1993 as a communications officer in the Air Force
and served in several leadership positions at the Air Force Operational Test and
Evaluation Center, Air Combat Command Communications Group, United States Central
Command, and the Defense Information Systems Agency. After his honorable discharge
from the Air Force in 2001, Mr Bailey accepted a position with VGS Inc as a senior
security analyst and then transitioned to SAIC in 2003. During this time, Mr Bailey
provided service to the Office of Secretary of Defense, Programming Analysis and
Evaluation, the Architect of the Capitol (AOC) and the Air National Guard (ANG)
Active Directory Migration team. Mr Bailey joined the AISE team in fall 2005 as
Member and Executive Vice President. He holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Computer
Science, is a Certification and Accreditation Professional (CAP) from ISC2, and
is currently a traditional Air Force reservist at the 710th Combat Operations Squadron,
Langley Air Force Base, Virginia, responsible for Command and Control Systems in
the Air Operations Center.

Dr. Jodi Bray

Dr. Bray joined the AISE team in April of 2006. She brings over 12 years experience
specializing in phonology and international naming conventions. Starting in 2001
for AT&T Government Solutions, Dr. Bray has been the lead Linguistic Analyst on
Department of State projects with expertise in name matching systems. Her team developed
search algorithms for Arabic, Hispanic, Russian-Slavic, Chinese, Korean, and Indian
names. These systems are used to assist federal agencies to identify “people of
interest”. Dr. Bray also instructs a Foreign Service Institute course on international
naming conventions and name matching. The course is taught in the US and abroad
at Department of State Consulates and Embassies. She holds a Ph.D. in Linguistics
specializing in Phonetics and Phonology, a Master of Arts in Linguistics, and a
Bachelor of Arts in English Literature.
